2. PRODUCTS
Through the website www.mezze.ro, any natural person, Romanian or foreign, who has reached the age of 18, and any legal entity can order one or more of the Lebanese dishes and drinks posted on the website. For each of the products posted on the mentioned website, S.C. ROYAL FOOD SRL. undertakes to display their essential characteristics (ingredients, weight or number of pieces), which allow the buyer to identify, compare and make a correct choice. SC ROYAL FOOD SRL. reserves the right to modify the characteristics of the displayed products without notice. The images published on the website are for example, and may contain certain decorative elements, which are not included in the products ordered by you. Thus, the delivered products may sometimes differ in any way from the images presented on the website (such as:, decorative elements, etc.) S.C. ROYAL FOOD SRL cannot be held responsible for improper use of the ordered products.


3. TERM OF VALIDITY
The validity period of the products sold by S.C. ROYAL FOOD SRL, through the website, is 24 hours for cold dishes at a temperature of 2-4 degrees Celsius, and for hot dishes, immediate consumption is recommended from the moment of their delivery to the consumer. In the case of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages sold by SC ROYAL FOOD SRL, the validity period is the one written by the manufacturer on the packaging.


4. YOUR OBLIGATIONS TO PROVIDE SOME DATA (REGISTRATION)
To buy products from the website www.mezze.ro, you will have to accept the present terms and conditions, order the desired product/products and provide some information necessary for the delivery of the ordered products. The products are ordered by completing the following steps:

5. PRICES
The prices displayed on www.mezze.ro are expressed in RON, and include VAT and can be changed by SC ROYAL FOOD SRL without prior notification.


6. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment of the order is made in full upon delivery. Payment is made to the Royal Food SRL sales agent who makes the delivery. This can be done in cash or by card. The choice of payment method will be made once the order is placed.


7. DELIVERY
The delivery of the ordered products will be made only in BUCHAREST, provided that the value of your order reaches the minimum threshold indicated for the area where you want the delivery to take place (see website: www.mezze.ro): Depending on the place of delivery, the value of the order You must reach a certain minimum amount, as I mentioned above. The delivery time is different, depending on the order, area and traffic conditions. The average time is approximately 60/120 minutes, from the confirmation of the order (starting at 11:00 a.m.) The mentioned term is indicative, it can be modified for reasons independent of our will. Products are delivered from Monday to Saturday, starting at 11.45am. You can place orders between 09.00-21.30 (Monday-Friday) and 10.-21.30 (Saturday). The products will be delivered to your home, office or address indicated by you in the order form. If the value of your order is below the minimum threshold for the area indicated for the delivery of your order, then your order will not be honored. The payment of the price of the ordered products will be made according to the conditions and methods of payment provided in point 6. The products consisting of soft drinks, water, alcoholic drinks are delivered in the form in which they come from the manufacturer/distributor and within the limit of the available stock. The products prepared by SC ROYAL FOOD SRL are delivered within the limit of the available stock. SC ROYAL FOOD S.R.L. cannot guarantee the availability in stock of all the products presented. The offer of the displayed products is valid within the limit of the available stock. SC ROYAL FOOD S.R.L. reserves the right to postpone the delivery dates, in the event that the ordered product or products are not available in stock at the time of receiving the order. In this situation, customers will be informed and consulted about maintaining or canceling the order.
If you are not found at the mentioned address, within the time interval established by mutual agreement, our agent will return once more, after reestablishing contact with you to establish a new delivery date. If, even a second time, you were not found at the mentioned dresser, within the interval established by mutual agreement with our courier, your order will be canceled and the product returned to the headquarters.


8. LIMITS OF LIABILITY
SC ROYAL FOOD SRL cannot be held responsible for failure to honor an order due to force majeure.

All those who provided personal data by completing the form mentioned above, have the quality of a data subject, in accordance with Law no. 677/2001. The purposes of data collection and processing by S.C. ROYAL FOOD SRL are:
• performing internal statistics, without other obligations or payments from the S.C. ROYAL FOOD SRL. towards your person;
• To allow you to send online orders faster
